Q: Are you open to the public?
A: Yes! Please visit the stone yard (and wander for hours if you’d like)!
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.
Q: How are your products sold?
A: There are some exceptions, but 95% of our products are sold “by the pound”. We weigh the material on a certified pallet scale and multiply the weight by a “per pound” price. Exceptions include those few items we sell by the “square foot”.
Q: Can I pick up my purchase in multiple trips?
A: Yes. Most material we sell is quite heavy, so, if you have a vehicle capable of moving the material but not the full quantity, you may pick up the material in multiple trips.
Q: Will you load my vehicle for me?
A: Yes, anything purchased here will be loaded into your vehicle free of charge!
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, delivery is available.
Q: Does the product price include delivery?
A: No, delivery is an extra cost. You may pick up your material at the stone yard or we can deliver for an additional charge depending on the type of delivery and distance from the stone yard.
Q: How will my material be delivered?
A: We have multiple delivery options, including a dump-trailer for smaller loads, a dump truck for larger bulk loads and a flatbed trailer with forklift if off-load is needed. Keep in mind that we will need at least a 10-foot-wide access for our machine to place products. Delivery pricing varies depending on type of delivery; please ask for a quote to fit your specific needs.
Q: How much does a pallet of stone weigh?
A: Our pallets range from 500 to 4,000 pounds, but we ultimately sell our products by the pound; so if you want 50 pounds or 4000 pounds, we will take care of the heavy lifting.
Q: I am trying to match a stone that is part of an existing project. Can you help me match it?
Q: How quickly can you fulfill a special order?
A: Fulfillment times for special orders will vary. They can take as little as 24 hours or up to 4 weeks depending on the stone and the time of year.
Q: Can I return products?
A: We have a “return or exchange” policy on the price list. We try to accommodate the customer on an individual basis. We accept “returns and/or exchanges” under most circumstances; refer to the “price list return policy” for more details.
Q: Do you have other terms and conditions for the sale?
A: Yes, all sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Q: Do you install products?
A: We do not have an installation crew at this time. However, we work with many professional landscapers and masons on a regular basis, and will be happy to refer you.
